Tencent Videos Urban Romance Drama ‘Peace And Joy (兄友妹恭)’ officially announced Chen Xinhai and Zhang Miaoyi as the lead actors recently. The serie is based on the web novel “Xiong You Di Gong” (兄友妹恭) by Po Nao Dai (破脑袋).
This is yet another childhood sweetheart drama. The play tells the story of Chen An (portrayed by Chen Xinhai) and Cheng Le Le (played by Zhang Miaoyi), who were close friends since a very young age. Not only them, but their Chen and Cheng families also had a very close and strong bond, which is how the two protagonists grew up together. They transitioned from childhood friends to lovers in college. However, something happened during this time that caused a rift between the two families. Cheng Le Le broke up with Chen An and left without saying goodbye. Six years later, they meet again at the workplace.
