iQIYI’s suspense detective costume drama “Zhao Xue Lu (朝雪录)” starring Li Landi and Ao Ruipeng has officially wrapped filming.
Based on the web novel “The Powerful and Favored Coroner Imperial Concubine” (权宠之仵作医妃), the series is co-dirrected by Li Hui Zhu, known for ‘The Princess Weiyoung‘ and Deng Wei An. In addition to the directors, the script is written by Zhou Yue, best known for works like “Love Like The Galaxy” and “The Rise of Phoenixes.

This is yet another detective costume drama which follows the story of the female protagonist, Shen Wan (portrayed by Li Landi) who seeks justice for her father, who was implicated, and for her family, who were wiped out.
Luckily, she was able to escape the catastrophe by disguising herself as another girl named Qin Wan. After tragic incident, she undergoes a drastic transformation, evolving from an innocent and gentle lady into someone skilled not only in treating patients but also in solving various cases. With her exceptional medical and forensic skills, Shen Wan solves various bizarre and mysterious cases. During investigations, she joins hands with Prince Yan Chi (played by Ao Ruipeng) and work together.
